Our client, a well-established and reputable organization, is currently seeking an HR Transactional System Analyst – UKG for a 3-month temporary mandate. Are you looking to play a key role in managing and optimizing a strategic HR system while supporting smooth day-to-day operations? This is a great opportunity to leverage your analytical and technical skills in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

  • Administer and configure the UKG system based on HR needs, particularly transactional modules (Core HR, workflows, performance management, etc.).
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security within UKG.
  • Manage change requests, system updates, and functional enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to analyze needs and implement solutions.
  • Provide functional and technical support to users (HR, managers, employees).
  • Participate in system evolution (new modules, automation, migration).
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Coordinate incident resolution with the vendor.
  • Generate and distribute reports in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional documentation and procedures.
  • Stay current with best practices in HR systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform any other related task.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of transactional HR processes (hiring, employee movements, employee records, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UKG (strong asset).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English (approximately 60% of work is conducted in English).
