Our client, a well-established and reputable organization, is currently seeking an HR Transactional System Analyst – UKG for a 3-month temporary mandate. Are you looking to play a key role in managing and optimizing a strategic HR system while supporting smooth day-to-day operations? This is a great opportunity to leverage your analytical and technical skills in a dynamic environment.
Tasks
Administer and configure the UKG system based on HR needs, particularly transactional modules (Core HR, workflows, performance management, etc.).
Ensure data quality, consistency, and security within UKG.
Manage change requests, system updates, and functional enhancements.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to analyze needs and implement solutions.
Provide functional and technical support to users (HR, managers, employees).
Participate in system evolution (new modules, automation, migration).
Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
Coordinate incident resolution with the vendor.
Generate and distribute reports in compliance with privacy regulations.
Maintain up-to-date functional documentation and procedures.
Stay current with best practices in HR systems and regulatory compliance.
Perform any other related task.

Job requirements
