Our client, a well-established and reputable organization, is seeking a Human Resources Analyst for a 3-month temporary mandate. Are you looking to play a key role in supporting managers and employees, while contributing to process improvement and HR data quality? Tasks
Manage requests through the HR ticketing system or centralized email inbox.
Provide specialized support to managers and employees for complex cases requiring in-depth analysis.
Process and validate HR transactions in UKG (hires, terminations, promotions, status changes).
Communicate and explain new HR procedures.
Perform data quality checks (UKG reports, internal audits).
Collaborate with specialized teams (Payroll, Benefits, Training, OHS) to resolve cases.
Contribute to continuous improvement projects and UKG system upgrades (testing, validation, documentation).
Train and coach technicians and other team members on complex transactions.
Maintain and update HR guides and intranet content.
Produce and analyze transactional and statistical HR reports.
Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
