Our client, a well-established and reputable organization, is seeking a Human Resources Analyst for a 3-month temporary mandate. Are you looking to play a key role in supporting managers and employees, while contributing to process improvement and HR data quality? This is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

  • Manage requests through the HR ticketing system or centralized email inbox.
  • Provide specialized support to managers and employees for complex cases requiring in-depth analysis.
  • Process and validate HR transactions in UKG (hires, terminations, promotions, status changes).
  • Communicate and explain new HR procedures.
  • Perform data quality checks (UKG reports, internal audits).
  • Collaborate with specialized teams (Payroll, Benefits, Training, OHS) to resolve cases.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and UKG system upgrades (testing, validation, documentation).
  • Train and coach technicians and other team members on complex transactions.
  • Maintain and update HR guides and intranet content.
  • Produce and analyze transactional and statistical HR reports.
  • Perform any other related tasks as required.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong command of UKG (a major asset).
