A company in the industrial sector is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its teams and help structure internal HR practices. This strategic role offers the opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives while working closely with senior management.

Tasks

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
  • Provide guidance to managers regarding internal policies and collective agreement interpretation.
  • Participate in collective agreement negotiations and support labor relations.
  • Offer daily HR support to employees and address individual and group issues.
  • Contribute to Health & Safety and labor relations committees.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage CNESST, disability, and gradual return-to-work cases with external partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records (training, documentation, etc.).
  • Support corporate projects related to compliance, workplace safety, and organizational structure.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as report generation, coordinating training sessions, and validating hours for payroll.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a unionized environment (strong asset).
  • Member of the CHRP Order (an asset).
