Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, the Maintenance and Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and excellence of corrective and preventive maintenance operations across the entire real estate portfolio. This role also includes managing the procurement supply chain related to technical services activities.
The position requires a strong presence on the field, proactive team management, and a constant commitment to customer satisfaction.
Tasks
Supervise and coordinate corrective and preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with technicians, the technical service coordinator, the procurement manager, and subcontractors.
Establish and maintain a structured preventive maintenance program for the short, medium, and long term.
Manage procurement and inventory in an efficient and sustainable manner.
Lead and develop a high-performing, engaged, and autonomous team.
Actively participate in resolving service calls and ensure a presence on the field.
