As part of its growth, the company is currently seeking an Operations Supervisor. In this key position, you will be responsible for coordinating field teams, ensuring strict compliance with quality standards, and overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Tasks
Plan, supervise, and coordinate operations across multiple sites (human, material, and budget resources).
Maintain proactive communication with clients and ensure efficient follow-up on their requests.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage schedules, approve timesheets, and ensure the accuracy of payroll data.
Supervise staff training and onboarding of new employees.
Support, motivate, and evaluate team members, while managing performance and disciplinary matters.
Plan and monitor periodic work tasks.
Ensure the daily smooth running of operations.
Ensure that all staff comply with company policies (health and safety, environment, ethics).
Handle administrative tasks related to operations coordination.
Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
At least five years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Advanced proficiency in English (for daily interactions with English-speaking clients, approximately 50% of the time).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience managing teams of 20 or more employees.
Knowledge in quality management, cleaning, or supervision (e.g., hospitality, food service, etc.).
