This well-established company in the signage and display sector is currently seeking a receptionist for a full-time, 6-month temporary contract. The successful candidate will greet clients in person and over the phone, present available services, process transactions, follow up as needed, and provide administrative support. This position is ideal for someone who is independent, well-organized, and customer-service oriented. The work environment is dynamic, collaborative, and quality-focused.

Tasks

  • Open and close the site.
  • Greet visitors, clients, and partners, and direct them to the appropriate department or service.
  • Provide clear information about services, products, and programs.
  • Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or via email in a professional manner.
  • Handle customer comments, complaints, or concerns, and follow up as needed.
  • Relay suggestions and feedback to the appropriate individuals.
  • Manage registrations, bookings, and administrative requests with thorough follow-up.
  • Process payments and verify invoices.
  • Coordinate shipments (packing, waybills, tracking) with carriers (Purolator, FedEx, etc.).
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written French.
