Our client, a well-established and growing company in the weighing industry, is looking to add a Sales Coordinator to their team to support commercial activity coordination and the efficient follow-up of internal operations.
The Sales Coordinator acts as the liaison between clients, sales representatives, and the company’s various departments. They coordinate sales projects, follow up on quotes, and handle customer issues. Their role is essential in improving internal processes, optimizing turnaround times, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth communication.
Tasks
Facilitate communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments (accounting, service, purchasing).
Follow up on quotes and support representatives in managing their files.
Respond to incoming requests (emails, calls, web forms) and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle certain client complaints or issues with professionalism.
Collaborate in improving internal processes for greater efficiency.
Actively participate in sales coordination meetings.
Provide administrative support to internal teams based on project needs.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Diploma in administration, sales, or a related field (vocational or college-level).
1 to 2 years of experience in industrial product sales.
Excellent proficiency with office software (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Advanced proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written, in order to communicate with English-speaking clients.
