Tasks
Participate in the management team and contribute to the long-term growth strategy.
Define, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Develop training, talent development, and management programs.
Oversee the onboarding and integration process for new employees.
Collaborate with production to plan workforce needs and budgets.
Promote a positive work environment, manage conflicts, and mediate when necessary.
Manage HR systems, oversee payroll, and maintain employee records.
Lead succession planning and performance management initiatives.
Establish and track HR KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR actions.
Manage compensation and benefits programs equitably.
Promote health, safety, and well-being at work in compliance with CNESST regulations.
Organize social activities and encourage diversity and inclusion.

Job requirements
Strong command of all HR areas: compensation, health and safety, talent management, training.
Good knowledge of Quebec labor laws and CNESST standards.
Experience with HR and payroll systems (e.g., ADP).
Fluent in both French and English to communicate regularly with English-speaking clients and subcontractors.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Administration (CRHA designation is an asset).
3 to 5 years of relevant experience (experience in the food industry is an asset).
