To all our candidates and clients,

We would like to inform you and warn you of an increase in fraud committed by individuals posing as employers. The purpose of these frauds is to obtain your personal information or money.

Be aware that scammers regularly use the names of reputable companies to enhance their credibility and protect themselves. In fact, it has come to our attention that our company name and that of one of our employees have already been used for this purpose. While we have taken appropriate measures to remedy the current situation, we encourage anyone who has received fraudulent correspondence to report it to the local authorities.

We would like to stress the importance of remaining vigilant when someone asks you for personal or sensitive information. Furthermore, employers are not allowed to ask you for money to start a hiring process.

It is essential to understand that we will never ask you to provide personal information before meeting you. At Bedard Human Resources, we use a secure registration portal to collect the information required for your application. What's more, our consultants' contact details are public, which means that if you have any doubts, you can contact them directly at any time.

In a serious hiring process, you will meet an employer in person or via reliable communication tools, such as Teams or Zoom, to ensure the identity of the person you're in contact with before sharing any personal information. In addition, we encourage you to search on LinkedIn and/or contact the company directly if in doubt.

The safety and well-being of our candidates and clients is an absolute priority. By remaining vigilant and taking precautionary measures, we can effectively reduce the risk of fraud together.

Thank you for your attention and cooperation. If you have any doubts, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@bedardressources.com or at 514-212-2230.
