Our client, an international company that specializes in hotel room reservations is currently looking for an Account Manager for the Montreal area (office is located downtown).

Tasks

  • Perform day-to-day management of a portfolio of hotel partners.
  • Present opportunities to hotel partners that will contribute to increasing their revenue.
  • Create and analyze KPIs for each hotel.
  • Build relationships with partners in multiple markets and cities.
  • Be in constant collaboration with US based market managers.
  • Maintain new and existing relationships with lodging partners.
  • Perform weekly reports to global sales leaders.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as an account manager.
  • Possess a DEC or BAC in management or a related field.
  • Fluently bilingual.
  • Good knowledge of the Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the tourism, travel or hotel industry (great asset).
  • Knowledge of OTA (''Over the air'') or online reservation sites would be an asset.
