Tasks
As an administrative assistant for the law firm, you would be required to work with the team on a daily basis, including the tax specialists.
Be responsible for correspondence with governments and clients.
Save certain documents on the server.
Prepare the assembly and/or transfer of certain tax returns (working closely with the tax specialists).
Handle file opening.
Complete flow charts on Power Point.
Classify files for easy access (minor task - approximately 5 minutes per day).
Greet clients, answer the phone (minor task - approximately 10 to 15 minutes per day).
Carry out the printing of some projects, invoices, etc.
Prepare certain support schedules for some non-resident returns in Excel.
Take part in any other related task for the smooth running of the firm's operations.

Job requirements
At least 1 to 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant (bonus if you have experience in a law firm).
Have completed a DEP in secretarial studies or any other administrative training.
Have an interest in and desire to learn about the field of taxation.
Be perfectly fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
