We are looking for an accounting expert like you to join our team! Our client specializes in POS software and hardware for over 50 years providing support to their dedicated customers. Offering full professional support from installation to solutions. They are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to join their Brampton team.

Tasks

  • Performing accounts receivables and payables.
  • Maintaining CRM/PSA system with all employee information.
  • Processing weekly payroll for internal employees.
  • Managing billing discrepancies, shipping/customs charges and following up with clients.
  • Preparing financial reports for the Operations Manager.
  • Signing up new employees to group benefits.
  • Completing all required Government remittances.
  • Preparing year end documentation and T4s.
  • Carrying out other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements

  • Working experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting system.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual is an asset.
