Day shift from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm / 25 hours per week
The company, specialized in the sale and distribution of pharmaceutical and agri-food products across Canada located in Laval, is looking for a professional, organized and friendly person to fill a position of accounting clerk. Reporting to the controller, this person will be responsible for the general accounting of the company.
Tasks
Enter and follow up on suppliers' invoices using the Acomba software.
Follow up on purchase order receipts.
Prepare invoice and general ledger reports.
File documents (invoices & purchase orders).
Support the project managers in various accounting and administrative tasks.
Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements
Advanced knowledge of the Acomba system.
1 to 3 years of experience as an accounting clerk or any other relevant experience.
DEC or AEC in accounting (an asset).
Bilingualism in written and spoken French and English (basic or functional).
