Leader in the real estate industry in Quebec for several years, our client and its group of companies with headquarters in Laval is looking for an officer in the accounting department. This position will enhance the accounting department made up of five people. This is an opportunity for you to join a qualified and dynamic team!
Tasks
Support to the accounting team;
Payables (verification of invoices, posting to GL, payment procedure);
Data entry (accumulation of statistical differences, extra-accounting file);
Various correspondence (governments, banks, suppliers, etc.);
Filing and other office tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum three years of experience (essential);
DEC in accounting or equivalent training - an asset;
Knowledge of the MS Office Suite - Intermediate level in Excel (essential);
Good level of spoken/written bilingualism - English and French (bilingual clients and franchisor);
Knowledge of Accpac (Sage 300) - an asset.
