Accounting Technician – Insolvency Trustee

This Trustee organization, recognized for its human values, is actively looking for an Accounting Technician to join its Ste-Thérèse team.

Tasks

  • Manage the ongoing administration of clients during insolvency.
  • Ensure inspector approval for final statements.
  • Send final statements.
  • Close commercial files.
  • Cash out of client files.
  • Prepare GST and QST reports and payments for each file.
  • Produce bank reconciliation.
  • Close each client’s bank account.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

  • DCS in Administration or years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Experience in the field of Insolvency Trustee, mandatory.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of the Uber Base operating system (a significant asset).
  • Knowledge of the English language, especially verbal – ability to converse easily with a client or creditor.
