Tasks
Take charge of the follow-up of accounts receivable.
Verify and follow up on invoices following works/ pick-ups.
Follow up on invoicing with Bell.
Set up and organize various events to promote the company's activities.
Follow up with drivers to collect payments.
Make bank deposits by check or credit card.
File digital and paper documents.
Support the directors and the president with administrative tasks.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Minimum of 2-4 years as an administrative assistant or other relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets.
