Day shift, 40 hours per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A company specializing in foundation construction, pile installation, and building stabilization, offering excavation and demolition services for the initial stages of construction. They are involved in large-scale projects for clients across Quebec. In a period of growth, the company is currently seeking a dynamic and organized administrative assistant to join their team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing company and to work in a stimulating environment.

Tasks

  • Assist sales representatives in managing internal leads and organizing client files.
  • Read and understand basic construction plans (experience in the construction field is an asset).
  • File and manage administrative documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager (Shawn) in various tasks.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks (handling correspondence, preparing reports, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams through communication tools such as Microsoft Teams, phone, and email.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • DEC in administration or any other relevant studies.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bilingual in both written and spoken French and English for the anglophone clientele established in Quebec (40%).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge in the construction field (an asset).
