Our client is a diversified transporter that provides many services from one ocean to another on a national level. With over 50 years of experience, they are known for finding the best solutions and they are now recruiting for an Administrative Assistant. Tasks
Data entry / invoicing.
Manage appointment scheduling.
Plan merchandise pickups.
Assist with tracking shipments transferred to line-haul agents.
Ensure good customer service.
Add additional charges to transport invoices.
Process driver registration.
Investigate and follow up on missing merchandise.
Perform any other tasks required by the position.
