Answering calls from new and existing clients.
Scheduling appointments with clients for their meetings with advisors.
Processing claims and all other documents related to the administration of insolvency files.
Adding all new cases to the insolvency file management software.
Performing any other related tasks to assist with file management.

Opportunity for professional growth within the company to the position of insolvency advisor (after 24 months of continuous service).
To support your development, the company will cover the costs of courses to become an insolvency advisor.
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist).
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an asset.
You quickly absorb new information and are willing to learn the intricacies of your new role.
Your positive attitude is contagious, and your teamwork spirit is equally strong.
Resourceful, you are not afraid to ask questions and continually evolve.
