Tasks
Answering calls from new and existing clients.
Scheduling appointments with clients for their meetings with advisors.
Processing claims and all other documents related to the administration of insolvency files.
Adding all new cases to the insolvency file management software.
Performing any other related tasks to assist with file management.

Job requirements
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role (administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist).
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an asset.
