Tasks

  • Produce architectural plans and workshop drawings.
  • Carefully review plans to spot errors and develop the complex details needed for factory production (such as building envelope and structure specifications, specifications booklets, as well as assembly and workshop plans).
  • Verify the consistency of structural assemblies (such as roofs, walls, floors, etc.) and assess the feasibility of projects and new models.
  • Strictly ensure compliance with current standards, including the building code.
  • Work closely with various departments and follow up on project progress.
  • Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements

  • DVS in Building Drawing, or DCS in Architecture or a related discipline.
  • At least three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the residential field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Knowledge of the building code.
