  • Operations management:
  • You always ensure exceptional teamwork among all employees in order to offer outstanding customer service to each customer. You don’t hesitate to be a motivator and mobilize teamwork to achieve business goals and work fun.
  • Employee management:
  • You offer every employee the opportunity to get training and feedback on their product knowledge. On a daily basis, you are a resource for their professional development, but to manage their performance and delegate operational tasks and priorities.
  • Department management:
  • You are the primary supervisor for receiving, labelling, visual presentation and product inventory. In addition to helping with inventory management, you are also a resource for opening, closing and supporting at the cash registers.
  • If necessary, you assist the team in any other related tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Job requirements

  • Being French and English bilingual to connect with the clientele.
  • Relevant experience in a management position.
  • Relevant experience in a similar sector (restaurant, call center, hotel, retail).
