Tasks

  • Restore damaged body parts by replacing or repairing affected sections such as doors, chassis, or fenders.
  • Straighten dents and creases using specialized tools to restore vehicles to their original appearance.
  • Perform welding and apply fillers to smooth surfaces and correct imperfections.
  • Sand, file, and adjust repaired surfaces to ensure a uniform and paint-ready finish.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and degreasing them, while removing rust and unwanted residues.
  • Mix paints and adjust shades to perfectly match the rest of the vehicle.
  • Apply paint and varnish coats using the appropriate techniques for an aesthetic and durable finish.
  • Maintain your equipment, tools, and workspace regularly to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Perform any other related tasks related to vehicle bodywork.

Job requirements

  • Hold a DEP in auto body repair, or equivalent training in Canada or abroad.
  • Experience in auto body repair, painting, or automotive detailing.
  • Experience with PPF and protective vinyl films, as well as window tint installation.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license to move vehicles on site.
