Tasks
Manage the department on a daily basis, including communicating with designated client accounts.
Handle and process pending orders for customers.
Process credit requests and product returns.
Communicate between co-workers and other departments via email, phone, messages, and other applications.
Keep track of customer accounts, billings, offers, discount orders, etc.
Make sales reports.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Carry out all others related tasks.

Job requirements
Be bilingual: be fluent in both the English language and either French or Spanish.
Have at least 2 years of experience in B2B environment.
Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, etc.
Be familiar with order entry processes and procedures including EDI/AS400.
