Tasks
Business Development (≈50%)
Identify and prospect new clients in the industrial sector and other strategic markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize opportunities.
Negotiate service agreements and ensure client satisfaction.
Attend networking events and represent the firm with business partners.
Contribute to growth objectives by offering tailored HR solutions.
Recruitment & Talent Management (≈50%)
Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, pre-screening, interviews, and placement.
Promote opportunities to candidates and build lasting relationships.
Conduct client site visits to understand work environments.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful onboarding and compliance with safety practices.
Handle administrative follow-ups (schedules, timesheets) when required.

Job requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development (mandatory).
Recruitment experience (an asset).
Knowledge of the industrial sector (an asset).
Strong negotiation and networking skills.
Proficiency with MS Office tools.
Driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
