Send orders to suppliers and ensure follow-up.
Ensure the recording and follow-up of infractions related to the purchasing department.
Perform data entry for the management of system operations (prices, forecasts and safety stocks).
Request prices and availability from suppliers.
Develop and maintain long-term partnerships.
Manage agreements - Renewals and new agreements.
Be responsible for relationships with suppliers (RFP process).
Work in collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers.
Submit purchase orders.
Ensure timely delivery.
Ensure inventory management (required quantity, quality, location, time, etc.).
Perform any other related tasks.

Diploma in operations management - supply (DEP or DEC).
Knowledge of insulation construction materials - an asset.
Knowledge of an ERP and/or MRP environment - an asset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel, Outlook and Word).
Good level of French/English bilingualism - Bilingual suppliers and customers.
Be able to handle tight deadlines and have good stress management.
Excellent team spirit.
Versatile, efficient and professional.
Have initiative, good organizational skills and know your priorities.
Good knowledge of computer systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
