  • Strategic Posting and Magical Advertising
  • Posting positions on multiple websites and recruitment platforms – over 1000 positions per year, easy peasy!
  • Making sure to follow up every Monday.
  • Renewing our opportunities on all job sites to keep us at the top.
  • Modifying and closing ads.
  • Ensuring the smooth transfer of positions between advisors.
  • Sponsored Campaigns and Master Quality
  • Developing sponsored online campaigns.
  • Ensuring posting quality with eye-catching layouts and impeccable spelling.
  • Employment Partnerships and Targeted Posting
  • Connecting with our employment partners, sending customized postings, and visiting clients to increase our community involvement!
  • Staying aware of recruitment events so our team is always in the loop.
  • Posting targeted ads in educational institutions to inspire the next generation.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Reporting
  • Managing our advertising budgets expertly.
  • Acting as master of performance reports – everything must go through you.
  • Allocating costs for billed sites.
  • Embarking on side quests to enrich the job posting process.

Job requirements

  • Experience or strong interest in ad placing.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience – but above all, a burning passion for recruitment ads!
  • DCS in Administration or DVS in Office Automation.
  • Excellent French and English grammar.
  • Fluency in a third language is a huge asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – you juggle software like a pro.
  • Proficient in a computerized environment – technology is your playground.
  • Marketing knowledge – a major asset.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment or human resources field – even better!
