As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a key role in residential stabilization and the social reintegration of service users. You will supervise a dedicated team of workers and ensure that the services provided align with the values and approach defined by our partner. Tasks
Ensure the quality of interventions and compliance with the clinical framework:
o Update and ensure the application of the clinical framework.
o Supervise the quality of both formal and informal interventions in line with the mission.
o Provide support and intervene with employees during problematic situations with residents. Maintain continuous communication with the workers and provide feedback.
Oversee clinical on-call duty (every other week; with salary compensation for on-call duty and use of personal phone):
o Respond to calls, advise, and guide the decision-making of workers during on-call duty.
Manage human and organizational resources:
o Plan and produce work schedules, manage replacements and team vacations.
o Participate in recruitment, evaluation, and onboarding processes for workers.
o Support employees in achieving their annual objectives.
Manage administrative files and report results:
o Compile statistics for reports to funders and write intervention reports.
o Verify and prepare PSL allocation requests, conduct pre-selections, and make recommendations.
Collaborate and represent the organization with partners:
o Represent the organization in committees (e.g., Homeless Night Committee, Homelessness Consultation Table, Clinical Committee for Residential Stabilization).
o Promote the organization's work and maintain relationships with partners.
Perform any other related tasks required for the smooth functioning of the organization.

Job requirements
University degree in social sciences: psychology, social work, psychoeducation, criminology, or sexology.
Strong experience in intervention: 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Clinical coordination and management: successful experience in clinical supervision and team coordination.
Resource management: in-depth knowledge of available community and government resources.
Sensitivity to community issues: you understand and closely follow the dynamics of the community sector.
Computer skills: proficient in office tools such as MS Office.
Up-to-date certifications: CPR and first aid training, as well as overdose prevention (Naloxone).
Bilingualism is an asset: while not mandatory, this skill will enhance our services.
