Our client, a company specialized in the manufacturing sector, optimizes its partners' installations with innovative, high-value-added systems. They are currently looking for a CNC Machine Operator for a 7-month replacement to join their team on the South Shore of Montreal.
Tasks
Operate a Doosan DNM 5700S machining center with a Fanuc controller.
Analyze and understand manufacturing plans, then select the appropriate programs.
Set up the machine before production starts and install the required tools.
Prepare parts for machining, perform assemblies, and establish the zero point.
Verify and measure the conformity of produced parts according to the plans before placing them on the inspection table.
Monitor the progress of machining steps and the condition of the machine.
Participate in active management meetings and provide feedback when necessary.
Report any discrepancies on the drawings to the supervisor, who will create an IRIS ticket to implement corrections.
Make necessary adjustments on the machine (speed, zero point, etc.).
Participate in machine maintenance and ensure it remains clean.
Perform any other related tasks.
