The company that stands out in the creation of ceramic membranes in the pharmaceutical and food industry is looking for a commercial administrative assistant. Located in Old Montreal, the person will be responsible for conducting business follow-ups with the various partners in collaboration and assisting the commercial developer in his daily tasks.

Perform day-to-day office management operations (payment, invoices, expense account).
Search for new customers by email or phone.
Prepare commercial contracts for new customers.
Write quotes, communicate delivery times and manage orders.
Handle requests from the local sales team or head office.
Update documents prior to customer/supplier meetings.
Track and enter commercial proposals into the system.
Update databases to track sales management objectives.
Assist in the preparation of meetings and business travels.
Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English).
High school diploma or DCS.
Business development and commercial relations experience (an asset).
Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position. Desired profile
