Our client, a major player in the design of ceramic filtration membranes for various industries, is looking for a Sales Representative who will offer specific solutions to the needs of its customers and promote these technologies on the market. If you are looking for a key role in a growing company to lead commercial activities independently and proactively, we want to meet you!

Tasks

  • Maintain excellent business relationships with the customer base and develop them with prospects (distributors, consultants, and manufacturers).
  • Meet and follow customers to develop privileged business relationships.
  • Present commercial proposals for current business by following procedures.
  • Negotiate conditions and prices with customers.
  • Assist customers with solutions to their requests or incidents in the event of a dispute.
  • Develop business opportunities through market analysis, the search for new partners and through commercial actions in order to generate profit.
  • Participate in various fairs and open days for networking.
  • Use the CRM rigorously to follow up on commercial activities and daily activities and for the after-sales service.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English).
  • DCS in Trade Management.
  • Business development and commercial relations experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of the CRM (an asset).
  • Knowledge of industrial filtration and the North American market (an asset).
  • Having some scientific skills (an asset).
