Tasks
Planning schedules and quality control according to contractual agreements.
Documenting the evolution of each aspect of the project in progress.
Tracking deadlines and the extent of work being accomplished.
Solving problems that may arise on the construction site.
Managing contract change notices and notifying project participants.
Ensuring liaison with suppliers.
Managing payments issued to subcontractors.
Ensuring the smooth running of operations to deliver a product that meets client requests and contractual obligations within the established delivery deadline.
Performing any other duties related to the position.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec member.
One to four years, and more, of experience as an institutional project manager.
Fluency in French, oral and written.
Desired profile

Flexible availability.
Ability to manage projects worth $8 million to $20 million.
