Our client, a company with family foundations, has been involved in major projects for over 45 years. Every day, more than 70 qualified employees ensure the smooth running and delivery of commercial, industrial and institutional projects. The company has experienced strong growth in recent years and, to build on this momentum, they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.


  • Plan and manage material, human and financial resources.
  • Plan work to be done from tender documents, plans and specifications.
  • Manage projects in close collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain active communication with the team to encourage achievement of common goals.
  • Ensure completion of the full project cycle in accordance with the targeted objectives (timelines, budgets, quality and satisfaction).
  • Manage and make required contract changes as needed.
  • Estimate work costs for extras.
  • Prepare progress reports.
  • Ensure smooth workflow in order to deliver the project as requested by the client.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

  • DCS in Civil Engineering or DVS in Carpentry, Joinery, or similar field.
  • 5 to 10 years experience as a project manager in commercial and/or institutional renovation.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT.
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written), English is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license (class 5).
