Are you looking to take on more contracts as a human resources consultant? We are seeking talented and experienced independent human resources consultants to join our network of professionals. If you have at least 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, we want to meet you!
Tasks
Managing payroll processes.
Ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
Developing and implementing pay equity programs.
Supporting labor relations management.
Designing and implementing performance management strategies.
Managing workplace health and safety.
Supporting recruitment and selection processes.
Performing all other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations with a minimum of 5 years of practical HR management experience.
Access to a vehicle to visit clients.
Must be an independent consultant (not affiliated with any company).
Membership in the Order is a significant asset.
Competency in the following areas: payroll processing, pay equity, labor relations, performance management, training and development, compliance and regulations, recruitment and selection, workplace health and safety, etc.
