Tasks
Plan and accompany members during meetings and pre-production meetings (according to production schedules).
Act as a resource specialist for the computerized option selection management systems.
Responsible for updating all contract management tracking tools (list of in-service dates, delivery, penalty calculations, list of vehicle numbers, service document tracking list, option selection, etc.).
Ensure price adjustments for all contracts.
Ensure that information provided by vendors is consistent with the association's IT tools.
Performs opening and tracking of defects in the system.
Contribute to the updating of procedures.
Perform extraction, update, production, follow-up, control (validate information and necessary data) in relation to the business area.
Produce administrative reports and performance indicators related to its departmental activities.
Participate in the implementation, improvement and development of its systems - Administrative systems, activities and performance indicators of its sector.
Responsible for the follow-up of - clauses and contracts.
Performs all other tasks related to contract management to ensure smooth operation.

Job requirements
A college diploma in administrative techniques and/or accounting - An asset for any relevant equivalence.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience required.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite - Excel (advanced level), Word and Power Point.
Knowledge of Sharepoint is an asset.
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) in order to respond to English and French speaking clients with ease - Functional English will also be eligible.
