The delicious results allow you to tantalize your customers' taste buds with new culinary experiences! Moreover, in your role, we'll call upon the manager in you as you'll be responsible for supervising a team of 3 to 4 kitchen staff.
Our client has already developed a "pub food" menu to complement their extensive selection of craft beers and spirits. Now, they are in search of a cook who can prepare and elevate these dishes to satisfy their loyal clientele. If you're looking for an adventure to share your love of food, the city of Fermont is calling you for an initial 6-month mission. If you enjoy it, you can extend your stay for as long as you wish. Tasks
Prepare food for cooking dishes and spice them up with your fresh ideas.
Use kitchen equipment and tools safely and ensure their maintenance.
Adhere to hygiene and sanitation rules at all times within the kitchen team.
Keep the workspace clean and in compliance with sanitation regulations.
Supervise and support the kitchen team.
Place orders for necessary food items for recipes.
Develop new recipes and enhance existing ones.
Perform all tasks related to your role as a cook.

Job requirements
With prior experience in the field, you have worked in restaurant or franchise kitchens.
Culinary education is a strong asset.
