Day and evening shifts, Thursday to Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., 30 hours/week to start.

The classic sandwiches, salads, and poutine hold no secrets for you. You are ready to take on all culinary challenges to provide an unforgettable experience for your guests. Once considered the number one entertainment venue in the region, our client, an iconic inn in the Érable County, is getting ready to reopen its doors with a brand-new look! Its bar, restaurant, and rooms have been renovated to offer customers an even more enjoyable experience. Joining this team of hospitality enthusiasts means taking an active part in the recovery and promotion of a popular establishment thanks to your unique expertise and passion for cooking.

Tasks

  • You handle the preparation and cooking of food by following established recipes and procedures;
  • In another life, you were Mr. Clean: you meticulously maintain all equipment, workspaces, and the kitchen;
  • You manage inventory to meet conservation standards, allowing you to rotate products and always have fresh ingredients;
  • You prepare your plates efficiently and quickly as if Gordon Ramsay were watching you;
  • On occasion, you supervise the opening and closing of the kitchen to lend a hand;
  • Other related tasks are sometimes delegated to you for optimal teamwork.

Job requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a chef in a similar establishment;
  • You have completed your culinary diploma or have equivalent experience;
  • Your excellent customer service skills are beyond reproach.
