Our client, a leader in climatic engineering for 40 years, is currently seeking a Counter Attendant to advise customers, take orders, and expand the enthusiastic team at their South Shore branch. Tasks
Answering customer enquiries (by telephone, email, or at the counter).
Completing purchase orders following requests received.
Tracking orders for pickup or shipping.
Using the SAP system.
Ensuring part replacement warranty.
Assist in storage upon receiving merchandise.
Assisting customers with technical difficulties.
Pursuing ongoing training to become an expert in the field of air conditioning and heating.
Performing any other related tasks as requested by direct supervisor.

Job requirements
Fluency in French and English.
Construction, renovation, and air conditioning knowledge.
At least two years’ air conditioning industry experience or.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Knowledge of SAP (asset).
DVS in Refrigeration or diploma in Building Mechanics (asset).
Access to a vehicle (an asset).
