We are looking for a Customer Experience Chat Specialist to ensure a successful chat service. #YUL
Tasks
Answer passenger’s inquiries via chat;
Stay up to date with passenger, service and shopping processes, as well as relevant information related to the Montréal-Trudeau airport;
Check the partners’ daily operations and inbox;
Look over the Montreal Airport website to master all information in it;
Provide support in information requests;
Check trends in ways of chatting on other websites;
Transfer all relevant information to the customer experience department;
Any other tasks related to the position.
