Your role will involve guiding customers, processing orders, and providing accurate pricing for products such as stationery, parts, and supplies! The start date will be after the holiday season.
Tasks
Process incoming orders and, when necessary, suggest alternatives for unavailable products.
Use phone, email, or chat—any platform is good to offer excellent customer service.
Leverage each interaction with customers to propose personalized solutions to their needs.
Follow up on orders in progress and proactively offer solutions to customers.
Prepare and communicate quotes to clients.
Provide real support to the external sales team.
Always with the goal of offering excellent service, be available to perform other related tasks as needed.

Job requirements
You have completed your secondary studies.
You are fully bilingual, in both French and English—spoken and written.
You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
You are available to work on-site (no remote work).
Experience in a call center? Great—it's a plus!
