Leader in the field of real estate and responsible property development, our client, a paramunicipal organization, is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent. We are looking for someone who wants to get involved, learn and with a passion for administration and customer service!

Tasks

  • Greet customers/ visitors and respond to inquiries.
  • If needed, notify your colleagues of the arrival of a customer and/or visitor.
  • Refer calls to appropriate staff, receive and process information as needed.
  • Ensure that general information documents are updated to allow the reception staff to accomplish their daily tasks.
  • Receive and process all inquiries related to housing for rent, rental management, including those related to rent increase and requests for services and repairs.
  • Redirect customers towards other organizations as needed (to maximize call processing, limit the number of respondents and improve the speed of customer service).
  • Receive rent payments at the reception.
  • Validate and compile various statistics relevant to the industry.
  • Ensure that the information on the internal and external digital platforms of the company are up to date.
  • Prepare the material for reception activities for customers.
  • Receive any complaints from the company and redirect them to the assigned manager.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Job requirements

  • College diploma in administration (or relevant field).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support position.
  • Administrative experience in the municipal field is an asset.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word and Excel especially).
  • Good level of bilingualism / English and French – spoken and written (to be able to respond to bilingual customers).
