Our client, a company in operation for 100 years and specializing in printing products, is looking for a dynamic, resourceful person with strong communication skills to fill a Customer Service Agent position at its Laval office.
Tasks
Handling incoming calls.
Follow-up and find solutions when there is an issue with orders.
Answer client inquiries regarding prices.
Perform data entry into the system for incoming orders.
Carry out any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Be quick and accurate at data entry.
Knowledge and experience of ordering applications (e.g. SAP).
Good level of bilingualism (spoken and written).
Good general computer skills.
