Our client who specializes in the import of sewing, knitting and embroidery products is looking for an organized and thorough person for its customer service agent position located in Old Montreal. This person will be responsible for the internal support of the representatives on the road. If you are ready to take on new challenges, we would like to meet you!


  • Answer requests/orders received by phone and email.
  • Make quotations for new orders and ensure the follow-up.
  • Take charge of customer orders once the order is placed.
  • Input data into the Acomba software
  • Draft letters and documents (leases, renewal letters, product promotions)
  • Follow up on customer orders and inventory and invoice orders daily.
  • File documents and manage inventory as needed
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.


  • Possibility of working part-time (3 days a week).
  • Accessible by public transport (Champs de Mars station).

Job requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good knowledge of Acomba software (An asset).
  • Knowledge in the field of knitting, sewing or embroidery (An asset).
