We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service and Administrative Support Representative for our Montreal office.


  • Welcoming candidates and clients arriving at the office.
  • Recording candidates, verifying files, and attaching various documents as well as any information to be modified or added to the file.
  • Handling all incoming calls and faxes, ensuring effective communication with different individuals or departments.
  • Sending computerized tests to candidates.
  • Correcting tests and entering results into the candidate's computerized file.
  • Managing duplicates in the records within our computer system.
  • Printing company documentation as needed.
  • Handling requests for judicial verifications (if necessary) and producing reports required by counselors.
  • Ordering office supplies for various offices.
  • Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Bilingual (French and English) to assist users throughout our offices in Canada.
  • Customer service experience.
