Our client, a leader in the field of specialized products for the construction industry, is looking for a person who is resourceful and quick at data entry to fill a Customer Service and Order epresentative position.


  • Provide impeccable service to customers, whether it is on the phone, on site or by email.
  • Collaborate with the team of field representatives.
  • Manage orders.
  • Proceed data entry.
  • Perform billing of orders at the counter and/or with carriers.
  • Dispatch orders to warehouse colleagues and drivers.
  • Organize delivery routes.
  • Occasionally visit carriers to check delivery notes.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experienced in customer service.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of AS-400 is an asset.
  • Enjoy working with numbers.
  • Functional bilingualism.
  • Have safety shoes ($100 refunded after 3 months).
