Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor for their branch located in Saint-Laurent.
Advising customers and assisting them in part purchases.
Managing orders both in person and online.
Establishing healthy and harmonious relationships with customers.
Identifying and locating products effectively.
Billing and managing inventory.
Following up on orders and with customers.
Ensuring good cooperation and coordination with warehouse employees.
Performing any other related tasks.

Two to five years’ experience in customer service and parts/counter sales.
Experience in sales and a good knowledge of pool and hot tub parts.
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
Strong priority management and organizational skills.

Able to listen well and transmit information effectively.
Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, autonomy, and versatility.
