You are an attentive listener, and you know that a plan A never comes without a plan B. A well-established supplier to thousands of car dealerships across the country, they make sure to find the right products and fair prices for each of them: stationery, parts and supplies, nothing is left out.   • Process every incoming order. If necessary, suggest alternatives to unavailable products.
  • Use the phone, email or chat: all platforms are good to offer good customer service.
  • Take advantage of each interaction with customers to offer personalized solutions to their requests.
  • Retain existing customers by offering complementary products.
  • Follow up on current orders and proactively propose solutions to customers.
  • Prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
  • Promote and inform customers of new programs and products.
  • Provide effective support to the external sales team.
  • In order to provide excellent service, be available to perform other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • You possess a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service position.
  • You have experience in a call center? Excellent!
  • You are completely bilingual, French and English – spoken and written (to be able to respond to bilingual customers).
  • You are proficient in the Office suite.
