Process every incoming order. If necessary, suggest alternatives to unavailable products.
Use the phone, email or chat: all platforms are good to offer good customer service.
Take advantage of each interaction with customers to offer personalized solutions to their requests.
Retain existing customers by offering complementary products.
Follow up on current orders and proactively propose solutions to customers.
Prepare and communicate quotes to customers.
Promote and inform customers of new programs and products.
Provide effective support to the external sales team.
In order to provide excellent service, be available to perform other related tasks.

You possess a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service position.
You have experience in a call center? Excellent!
You are completely bilingual, French and English – spoken and written (to be able to respond to bilingual customers).
You are proficient in the Office suite.
