Do you have experience in customer service and personnel supervision? Our client, a public organization located in Saint-Lin-Laurentides, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator. This person will supervise a team of 2 people and the quality of services provided to the clients served on their territory, in a context of collaboration and organizational performance.

Tasks
Manage the activities of your division by ensuring that staff is trained accordingly.
Ensure that teams process requests efficiently, in accordance with management’s guidelines.
Respond to user requests in an efficient manner.
Provide leadership by developing a culture of service excellence.
Monitor user satisfaction with service delivery.
Ensure interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
Update policies and procedures for continuous improvement.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
University degree in communications, marketing or any field deemed relevant.
Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to the position.
