Customer Service Representative –Hybrid

You have solid customer service and office automation skills? You want to work in a hybrid mode, partly in the office, partly in the comfort of your own home? Our client is an amazing company known worldwide in the packaging manufacturing field. They are currently seeking ONE person to join their customer service team and to work with the Plant Manager.


  • Offer exceptional customer service.
  • Open and close customer files.
  • Process orders received.
  • Offer remote support for all inquiries regarding products, orders, services and others.
  • Work in collaboration with the Customer Service Supervisor and the Plant Manager.
  • Follow up on orders with the supervisor and customers.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate order delays – responsible for shipping and receiving.
  • Validate that delivery forms and billing details match.
  • Maintain reports and records up to date (production records, changes and others).
  • Perform data entry in the Amtex system.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Participate in accounting-related tasks – billing, coding, accounts receivable and payable.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.

Job requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a similar position (customer service representative).
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite software.
  • Respecting confidentiality.
  • An asset – Diploma in Administration.
  • An asset – Knowledge of the Amtex software.
  • Being able to travel to the Longueuil and Pointe-Claire branches.
  • Good level of bilingualism – English and French (spoken and written).
