Our client, located in Laval, specializes in the recovery of damaged or found vehicles. They are currently seeking several customer service representatives who will be responsible for answering customer enquiries about vehicles.

Tasks
Answering incoming phone calls.
Responding to various client enquiries.
Entering specific vehicle information.
Communicating with the tow truck operator regarding vehicle specifications.
Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bilingual in spoken and written French and English.
Secondary School Diploma or one to two years’ equivalent field experience.
Access to a vehicle required.
Knowledge of the automotive field is an asset.
