Our client, located in Anjou, will be pleased to meet you!
Respond to various customer inquiries and questions by phone, email and in person.
Receive and record orders in the ERP system.
Follow up on the order processing with customers and with the various internal departments.
Communicate with customers when there is a delay in delivery or other problems related to the order.
Prepare quotations with the sales representatives.
Handle merchandise returns (RMA).
Take nonconformity complaints (ISO) and ensure the follow-up.
